J is plugged off Intake Vac will run to the brake booster EGR runs to the CTO but is non functioning due to the borla header and no cross over tube. WebFeb 13, 2024 · hello the basic evap system has two valves and is pretty simple. the two valves are the CTO and the purge valve on the canister. the cto valve is for the engine wont open the purge valve until the engine is warm. when the purge valve opens the engine sees it as a controlled vacuum leak. if it opens when its to cold the engine will run rough.
